Is the 6 speed trans new or used? What else would I need to install on my 01 ultra

 

The trans has about 500 miles on it.

I think you will need some of the small stuff like o-rings. It was a takeoff for a swap to a Baker DDR6.

I'll accept 215 for those including insured shipping. The medallion can be found but the fuel door is probably the last one for sale that I know of.
