I purchased this from 09 UltraFine and he had it on a 2011. Well I have a 2010 FLHX with the rear three bar fender light and it will not fit with the light. So if you have a 09 + without the light according to Bushtec it will fit.
I paid $200 + $27 shipping so for $227 SHIPPED it's yours.

 

According to their site I thought it would work..

You have that correct, BUT this is an early version of the version 1 hitch, the later version 1 hitch WILL fit with the light, NOT this one, they changed the design. So if you DO NOT have the light it will fit.
Sorry about using caps I just want to make sure if anyone buys it they know it will not fit with the tri-bar light.
I thought the same as you and I also called Bushtec to confirm it would fit before I bought it. But until today the Tech did not know about the change.
