Yes sir...

Lubricates very well and keeps the primary a bit cooler because it's so thin but not thin enough to seep gaskets.

I am also still using that same mixture with no problems whatsoever.

Just installed the +1 in the 07 with their spring, I like the way it grabs...I went with Redline primary fluid....might just use Type f next time but all is working well and my Hayden tensioner with About 20k on it looked great. Had to play with my cable adjustment a bit but now works fine.

My primary is making a lot of noise so I'm going to put in the Barnett clutch and the hayden adjuster . What after market compensator do I need to go with this on my 2112 Tri-Glide? Brand and a part # would be great. I plan on using the formula+ and Mobil 1 mix .I have 32,000 miles on bike so I'm sure the compensator is bad ,Sounds like marbles in primary at times.

I have everything tore down the adjuster had some markings from chain on it and the compensator had some skuff marks and looked rusty in some spots so I guess I need to replace all . I've never had a problem finding netural but noise in primary is very bad at times .

Default 2015 TriGlide clutch

This question is for Mr.Wizard. what Clutch kit (extra plate) is recommended for the Harley A&S clutch in the 2015 Tri Glide . Or what complete clutch. Looking for more grip and smoother engagement.

Thanks,Wayne

Wayne... I know of no extra clutch kits that is available for the A&S stock set up. The main issue with the A&S is the weak three coil spring pressure.

Thumbs up

Mr Wizard,
Great info and it came at the right time for me!! A couple of questions....not really needing exact costs, but a working mans idea, or analysis of cost of materials, parts, hours from start to finish ( my indy has a price that he will do it for) or any other info you would care to share on this project. Do you have any idea on what a HD dealer would charge? Thanks so much for your article and help!

Out of pocket costs for this job will average about $300 or less. Time value will run between 2 to 4 hours depending on your skill. It actually took me longer to write this than do the work.

As far as a dealer... man, who knows!! There really isn't much more to it than changing the clutch out and ad an hour for the chain adjuster.

Great! Thanks so much! I have a buyer for it, and I want to make sure I give him correct information. My indy who has been great to me says around $700 which sounds fair, I want to take off $1000 for the buyer to make sure he is happy. Here is the bike:
