Good information with a timeline and mileage.

Are you riding 2 up? Are you doing your own service? Does the elevation where you ride change more than 1000 vertical feet? Does the temperature change by at least 30 degrees each day? Which gauge do you use to measure the pressure? How frequently are you checking it?

I can tell you that I had the HD paint guard put on my bike new in 2014 and it looks every bit as clear now as it did when I put it on.

Definitely worth the money in my opinion.

I hope so. One person's negative findings may not be the rule.

7264 miles 06/09/2017

WTF? The clutch does not work again!

My "smartphone" takes mp4 videos. The video showing the mileage and lack of oil drips does not upload.

https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/

On 06/03/2017 at 7235 miles the clutch failed to disengage when the lever was pulled. The vehicle was parked and the failure was found when shifting into first gear.
The trike was towed to the selling Harley-Davidson dealership for repair. The repair made was: "flushed the clutch due to air in the line."
On 06/09/2017 at 7264 miles the clutch failed to disengage when the lever was pulled. The vehicle was parked and the failure was found before shifting into first gear.
Attached should be photographs showing the clutch lever being operated with one finger without any resistance.
I am concerned this failure could happen when the vehicle is in motion. The clutch failure to disengage could cause a fatal accident.

Desctiption: Customer would like us to perform a 10K service using SYN3 and a chrome oil filter
Resolution: MLB*Completed 10K with SYN-3
Front 3/32@36PSI
Rear Right 10/32@26PSI
Rear Left 10/32@26PSI
Battery 12.72VDC 13.93VDC@3000RPM
Recommend: MLB*Durring pre-sercvice test ride noticed clutch feels like it does not fully disengage fully felt shifting action in hand an foot also has louder than normal clunking sound when shifting into any gear up or down
MLB*Durring pre-service test ride noticed front end of unit twisted to the left (handlebars/fairing and forks) will need to disassemble than reinstall
MLB*Called tech service Jimmy didn’t seem to care about noisy transmission shifting and also clutch actuation
MLB*Called back to tech service (Mike) after test riding unit again noticed clunking noise and felt it through my hand and foot need to inspect transmission gear pack and disassemble clutch pack inspect for worn or damaged parts
MLB*REF#3149561
Resolution:MLB*Durring service found air filter has lots of holes in element/replaced air filter

Opinion: I am not correcting the grammatical errors of the service writer above. I'm glad the service folks are being sensitive enough to notice that trikes shift differently than big twins. The temps in Phoenix are still in the triple digits and I did not have a ride planned so I did not mind having the bike in the shop.
