Default 2016 Tri Glide Classic an utility trailer

I just purchased a new to me 2016 Tri Glide, vivid black, all stock, with 1860 miles. My question is will thi fit on a 5x10 utility trailer. The widest measurements t get from the dealer is 54 inches!

If the internal measurements, including the opening are 5' then yes...but very tight! Usually trailer measurements ar the outside dimension, and don't include the tighter opening.

Edit: oh yeah...mine is a close fit on a 6x12 trailer.

If you use the 5' trailer, going to be single axle and bumpy as hell. Better make sure you strap the trike down good. If it shifts you will not only have damage, it would be tough to straighten it out to get out the door. My opinion..too risky.

IF this is an open trailer with a full 5' opening, it should work but will be very tight. At least you can tie down standing outside the trailer. IF this is an enclosed trailer, it will not work since the actual door opening will be less than 5'. An enclosed with a ramp door will have the door cables that your fenders will not clear. I have a 6x10 v-nose, it works but is tight (about an inch & a half clearance on each side between the cables).

As was said above, tie it down so it can not shift when hitting road bumps. Good luck.

I had a 6x10 and it was very close on the sides, went to 7x12 and it's much better....
I don't think I'd use a 5 foot wide enclosed...door cables will take up clearance....

If the trailer is a 5'4" it can fit but it is tight. A lot of 5 ft. trailers are 5' 4". I have hauled my 15 TG on one. Check the width on the tightest part, probably where the latches for the tailgate are. The one I use is 60" leaving 3" on each side. You can't believe how tight 3" is when you back it off the ramp.
