Is it my imagination or is the tank sitting higher? Looks like more of the rocker boxes showing...

Hooray, It looks like my 2017 TGU is not an orphan. I don't see any substantive changes with the exception of maybe a slightly higher ride height in the rear on the 2018 Tri Glides?

Wonder if they read through these forums and tweaked the shock mounts to match the superior aftermarket ones?

I was feeling the same way and glad it's not an orphan. Was looking out for any changes of the frame but it doesn't look like its going to happen. Maybe the ride hight (if changed) was the mod that was made for the frame. I'm sure we will know more down the road.

I can't tell the difference between Vivid Black and Black Tempest. Did we really need two blacks? Maybe it's a way to charge extra for black.

Like the anniversary Blue . Cant figure out why Harley doesn't put a larger motor in there trikes ? A 107 ..? Really ? I have a 2014 with a 103 . Man , time I loaded it up and put the old girl on the bike it doesn't have enough tq to pull your hat off your head ! Plus for that kinda $$$$ they cud a least paint the inner fairing and have the upgraded speakers and wheels included ! I understand it is not a race , but put a 117 in it to help pull hills and passing !

Cheers

Saw the tempest black at the dealer

Has silver flake in it, shows great in the sun. Nice metallic paint.

Best part is the pinstripe is dark charcoal grey, not silver!

Hate pinstripes (they only looked cool in the 80's)

this has a monotone look to it.

Makes sense then. Thanks.

At least for the 110th Anniversary you got more. Badges on the tank, Tour Pak, Primary, and Timer cover, Tour Pak rack. On this anniversary you get tank badges, and from my view, a paint scheme pretty common. Nothing special with this one that I see.
