Default Did what we had to do...

About 3 or so years ago we looked at a Freewheeler at a dealership. Being a big fan of servi-cars I thought these were pretty cool. Although I'm not quite at the age of "needing" a 3 wheeler I still could see myself riding one.
Due to spending much of our spare time opening up and now running a small antiques shop we found that we only rode our ('14 Street Glide and '14 Slim) 4 times last year and not at all this year. The payments were killing us, and the insurance was when we were riding.
Long story short...traded them both in on a new '17 Freewheeler. One lower payment than two and less insurance. Time is still an issue but we will work that out.
I have to say it's pretty fun to ride. Yea, I don't feel as bad-*** as I did on my Slim but...... I still have my '72 Shovel.

The more you ride the FreeWheeler, the more comfortable you become with three wheels. Cornering gets easier and changing exhaust and air filter will let the trike breathe much better.

Welcome to the world of three! It is a lot of fun, just remember the rear is much wider now - gas pumps, curbs, ect.

Hard to compete with a Slim, but I'm sure the new ride is still pretty badass.

Welcome to the Freewheeler family! Ditto what Graygoat said, remember the rear is wider. You sure don't want to scrape the fenders on that beautiful new trike!
