Default Renting a Trailer for Tri-Glide

We're taking a trip this summer and want to put the '16 Tri-Glide in/on a trailer and tow it to our destination to save some time. I don't own such a trailer and wonder if it is possible to rent one. I live in SoCal (the part that hasn't burned) and would be willing to drive 100 miles or so to pick it up. Any suggestions?

I would think any trailer big enough to hold the TG. I use a standard utility trailer when I have hauled my 15 TG. Make sure you have the width. The trailer I use is a 5.5 x 10 but the gate is only 5 ft. wide. The TG is about 4.5 ft. wide, with just 3 inches on each side it gets close especially backing off. If you got a standard U-Haul you would need a ramp you could carry. Let us know how you go.

A buddy of mine used a Utility trailer from Uhaul to transport his Tri Glide and it worked perfect for him. It is heavy so I hope you have a strong transport vehicle.

I think I would buy a used trailer that suits your needs and when you are done with it, you could sell it.
