Since I already have the comfort lift, I would assume the shocks are around $800?

Kevin?

How come you don't have a 15"or 16" shock with no lift kit? Wouln't that much travel allow for softer springs and a smoother ride. We ride our Freewheeler solo only. I love riding hers but will not give up my King. When the time comes I to will buy a Freewheeler. I have always felt the more travel in the shock the softer the springs can be made for any vehicle. I did all the reading up on the lift kit, but in the end why wont longer shocks do the same thing and ride smoother to??
Sorry for all the questions, I'm trying to understand all of this.
BTW I ordered your floor board widening kit for her Freewheeler this last Saturday from you. I have your kit on my King to, very well made.
We appreciate your business. Happy to hear you're pleased with our products.

As for the shocks, it would be practically impossible to install 15" or 16" shocks on a Trike. The swing arm would hit the exhaust.

There is a special lift kit for the 14" shocks,. The shocks themselves are 825.00, package with the lift kit specially made for the 14" shocks is 899.00, both plus shipping costs.

What! The comfort lift I bought won't work with the shocks, damn, didn't know that when I bought it, was planning to add the shocks later.

Now I need to find someone who wants the Comfort lift only.

There are two different Comfort Lift Kits™

One for the factory (or other) 13" shocks. These lift 1.25" at the shock. You can see them HERE.

One specifically made for the 14" shocks, these lift .25", and added to the 1" longer shock, give the same 1.25" net lift.

They also have a second setting that drops 1/8" (this is for the '17+ models that have some very poor tolerances from the factory), giving a net lift of 7/8".

You can see them HERE.

As noted in the description, the Convertible Comfort Lift Kit™ for the 14" shocks will also work with the factory shocks...so if that is the one you have, you will not need a new one.

If you are not sure which one you have, give a call or email and we'll look up your order and let you know which one you ordered.
