Great customer service at Toad Suck HD at Conway Arkansas
Shout out for John Hebard, service advisor at Toad Suck Harley Davidson of Conway Arkansas. I am riding my triglide from Virginia to Arizona. Around Little Rock Arkansas, the temperature light and check engine light came on. I stopped and called them around 4:45 this afternoon. They were able to fix my problem even though I got there almost at closing time. One of the radiator fan got stuck with some debris and blew a fuse. I am grateful for their quick service and customer service. By 6:15 I was out of there and on my way.

I stopped at Toad Suck HD back in 09 to have a tire changed on my Deluxe w/Side Car (tried a Side Car in between my 1st and 2nd TG) and they really do believe in customer service. I was riding from Sibley Iowa to VA Beach VA, after having the Side Car installed when I noticed my rear tire was almost slick. I called Toad Suck HD to see if they would install a tire for me (late afternoon). The service manager at Toad Suck said yes and indicated that they would stay open late if needed. They ended up staying open an extra hour. I felt so good about the dealership that I bought 2 T-shirts and a helmet before I left. Great dealer with superb customer service.
