Default Do the new Tri-Glides have Independent Suspension?

If not, can they be upgraded?
Getting older etc. and am ready to move to 3 wheels. Will mostly be riding solo and wonder if independent suspension is worth it.

Do Tri-glides have a front stabilizer bar?

Thanks in advance
Don

Harley TriGlides have a solid rear axel, with/a differential drive. IMHO, with the narrow width the rigid axel adds to the fun factor of handling like a go cart. Further IMHO, it’s not worth the weight, cost, and added complexity for independent rear suspension.

the factory TGs have an increased front rake and a steering stabilizer,

i don't htink it would be worth it either. these tri-glides will turn so quick it will throw you right off and keep going around the corner. Handles like a slot car.

I've ridden them on Demo days at my local dealer. They used to do it every Saturday. I have to say I really liked it, but I kept trying to lean into the turns. LOL

HD refused to install independent suspension. They wanted full control.

Harley would just screw up a good IRS. Heck, they can't even build decent parts for their solid axle.

My Hannigan IRS uses Honda Civic/Accord parts that can be purchased at almost any parts store.

They do take some getting used too. i do think it rides alittle harsher than a two wheeler, but once use to it i don't even notice it any longer. good luck.

Demo Day Bikes are beat and not properly setup, the wife and I rode the Demo T/G and I thought it sucked, the dealer pulled a new bike out and let me ride it, immediately after riding the Demo, night and day, bought the T/G, tuned it to my liking and completely different ride, 14" with Convertible Comfort lift ride cannot be achieved with stock shocks, Took the wife out yesterday for a 265 mile round trip, she got off the bike and the end of the day feeling great, she has had back surgery twice and continues to suffer chronic pain so she is my litmus test.
