Default Anyone running LED replacement tail lights on their Freewheelers?

Just wondering if anyone has installed replacement LED tail lights on their Freewheeler and how hard to do and thoughts on them. I did hear they're pricey and leak terribly. Thanks

I put a set from Custom Dynamics on my Freewheeler. Plug and play, pretty easy to switch out. Never had a problem with them leaking.

Lightbulb Easier and less expensive way

Pep Boys has LED bulb replacements for around $20 each. They are much brighter than OEM bulbs and easy to install. You will however need to install load equalizers. I wired the equalizers into the circuits under rear of the seat onto the frame. No need to buy the expensive new fixtures.

I replaced my stock 17 freewheeler tail lights with the harley smoked LED about 5 months ago. . It really transformed the look to me and I like the extra brightness. Over priced but definitely worth it to me. It's a plug and play installation but I did have to read the directions twice once I got into it. (15 minute job) I've only ridden in heavy rain twice but no problems so far.

We put CD in the rear and they are plug and play. Running lights are not that bright but the brake and turnsingnals are bright as hell.
