Default Freewheeler Complete Exhaust Replacement?

My wife has a 2016 Freewheeler, and on hot days complains of heat coming off the exhaust.
Is there a complete exhaust replacement available for the Freewheeler? Ideally would like new headers and mufflers with the catalytic converter in the muffler.

Probably won't find an exhaust system like that, Eric. Just curious but why do you want to keep the converter?

Get some footboard extenders first. They move your feet a little further away from the pipes, making the heat less noticeable. DK Custom has some. I put them on my 2016 FLRT Also, think about relocation of the oil filter. That is another way to draw away some of the heat.

I have a de-catted head pipe that will fit. You just need to use your extension pipe on it.
Then move the floor boards out as mentioned above.

This may be a minority opinion, but I care about the environment, and the catalytic converters are there to control exhaust emissions.
I doubt that removing a catalytic converter is going to have any significant improvement in the performance of my wife's 1,080 pound Freewheeler.

No one mentioned anything about gaining performance, by removing the cat. Since a tiny amount of emissions are more important to you than a significant loss of heat, I guess you will just have to learn to deal with the heat.

Vance and Hines makes a complete system specifically for the Freewheeler.

Here is a report on how to lessen the heat on your FW without getting rid of the cat.

What was the brand of the second system that you bought?
