Goodbye - Good Friends
I am selling my 2015 H/D. Tri-Glide. I will be back, when Harley makes an independent suspension. Our California roads are just - to torn up.
(We have a Can-Am Spyder,) It's indep.suspension, & nice - but not a Harley.
Maybe, with the money - a H.D. Lehman or Champion conversion
Till then - Thanks for all your past help & advice.
Ride Safe.

There is a lot of different suspension mods you could do to get away from that bad factory suspension. It makes the ride as good as most IRS systems from the reports we have here.
Also, you can buy a complete independent rear suspension built to go with the TriGlide.
But I guess each to their own liking........

As sloufoot mentioned. You can make your TG ride as nicely as an IRS trike for relatively small $.
The FST up front and the Trike Series Shocks™ in the rear with a Comfort Lift™. I've ridden several IRS equipped Harley conversions with IRS and with the previous mods you are just as smooth.
Here are a couple of Reports that might keep you on a Harley Trike comfortably.

Wow.....I've been on the CA roads and most of the Western States. I have never complained about the "rough ride". I have rear tires at 26# and pump up the air shocks to 45-50 lbs whern loaded with gear on trips!
I've ridden a Can-Am and it's like riding a snow mobile.....rougher than snot, no storage especially for two people....and, if you're comparing the two **shakes my head**...there is NO COMPARISON!!!

Many members stay here when not riding HD.
I don't believe HD will want to spend the money for Independent Suspension. Hell, you have to mortgage a house to buy a trike now, then add another $5k to the price with I.S.
I am sure you could find a nice used HD with a Hannigan Trike kit already done.
