Love my RK. I know that the day will come for the 3 wheels and don't get me wrong they look great. But I love my RK and I am checking out trike kits for it because I LOVE my RK. TO all that see this as pussin out or whatever ----- eat a turd. Did I say that I love my RK?

In the UK you can ride a trike on a full car license, so that is what my partner wanted. I converted a Sportster for her.

She didn't want to do her bike test and like you didn't want to worry about holding up a bike at stops.

That's a smart move. I was going to convert my Limited also but then decided to just get a new factory trike from Harley and not worry about who was going to fix it if something went wrong. Being the cheap bastard that I am, I was also thinking on a bolt on kit like the Voyager or TowPac, but came to my senses.

No need to hurry - there'll be plenty of trikes in the future. Enjoy what you have and change when you need to.

I dont have any particular health issues that would restrict me to a strike but want one anyway. Also it the only way my wife will ever be able to ride with me because of knee injury.

For those who have to retain that leaning feeling and retain the trike look, you might look at these rear tilting kits.::
https://mysterydesigns.com/tiltster.php
There is another out of Japan, but their web page is down.::

Just some ideas for those that would prefer to keep their own bike.

For me it’s not if I get one, it’s when...I’m 54 but my left knee is getting a bit iffy...I want to get one before I retire so my Wife and can go on trips and enjoy it more.

I'm only about 230 miles from the Dragon. As soon as I get some hours under my belt on my trike and I feel confident enough...we are going to head to the Dragon.
