Default 2019 problems

To speak with a Harley-Davidson customer care representative please call 800-258-2464 or 414-343-4056.

Representatives are available Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

*I think you gave the dealer enough chances now complain to the top management. For $30,000+ you should not be jerked around.

Yes sure of that much, it was first thing myself and dealer thought. Harley Factory service had been contacted by the dealer and has been asked to send them photos, so they can make a decision.

Called Factory yesterday and turned out the dealer had called them early that day. Factory requested the dealer to take photos of the rear diff. and send to them.

Factory had the dealer replace the entire rear differential/rear end. No more leak of what ever it was, oil or grease, which was the desired.

Sounds like it was resolved to the satisfaction of all and the MOCO supported the Dealer - Win for all except the down time for your Trike. Thanks for the follow-up. Enjoy the ride when the weather gets warmer.
