Nothing special. it lines right up with the holes they have to mount the rider back rest. I took 2 1/4-20 (I believe that's the size) bolts and ran them from the bottom up and then I had the 2 studs like the bikes have. I did have to modify the ppad tab. Had to shorten that up. I unscrewed the tab and oblonged the holes to slide the tab in towards the seat.

Funny thing about the fitment on a lot if things. If they didnt try it. It dont fit.

New grips on wife's Freewheeler, H-D Get A Grip. She loves them.

IMO Harley did a great job styling the 17 Freewheeler, but there is still lots of room to make it your own. Here's what I've done with mine.

ENGINE: arness heavy breath AC hidden under modified stock 107 cover, CFR slip-ons, 22X wood cam, power vision tuner, jagg 6 line oil cooler,

CHASSIS: custom paint accents, chrome wreks chubby 12 mini ape bars, chrome lower forks, matching chrome/rubber peddles/pegs including the parking brake. mustache engine guards, tank lift, JES front fangs. sundowner seat, passenger seat with arms, chrome luggage rack, black/chrome rear mirrors to match pegs/grips. Switch blade chrome/rubber highway pegs with heel rests.

ELECTRICAL: heated hand grips, chrome led tail lights, led luggage rack brake bar, alarm system, Daylighter head lamp, bullet led turn signals, ,

WHEELS: chrome enforcer wheels with black powder coat accents, polished front rotor with black center spines.
