Stage II Torque Cam Installed

Stage II Torque Cam Installed
I’m in Virginia on an extended work trip. I trailered (yes, trailered) my trike up with me so I could get some riding in while here. I had wanted to get the Stage II Torque cam installed prior to leaving, but my local dealer wanted 8 hours for the job, plus parts. When I got here, I contacted Grove’s Winchester Harley about doing the job. They quoted me $740 parts and labor to do the job. Needless to say, I jumped on that deal. While they were in there I had them install the new oil pump plate with seal. They also put the latest oil pump in at no charge to me.
I picked up my trike this morning and am totally happy with the way the 107 pulls. The Stage II cam made a difference in 5th and 6th gear roll-on. The trike feels like it is running effortlessly down the road now, even with a headwind.
Now I just need to do some data gathering rides with the Harley Street Tuner to dial in the tune.

According to the S/E Performance catalog, the Stage I kit, the rider will feel a 10% increase through all RPM ranges over stock, and the Stage II (torque cam) the ride will feel a 15% increase in the low-to mid RPM ranges, and with the (power cam) the rider will a 25% increase in the mid-to-upper RPM ranges.
I just had a Stage I kit installed in my '18 TG and have not even had an opportunity to ride it to see if there's any difference in torque but I probably wouldn't notice it anyways because I haven't rode it (other than on and off of the trailer) since early October.
Let us know if there's much difference in your MPG's.
I may go with a torque cam after this riding season is over but my two concerns are (1) NOT voiding my warranties, and (2) not drastically reducing my "miles per tank" range to less than 175 miles.

I'm not sure about the warranty issue, but I just installed an S&S 557 cam in my 2016 TriGlide and it had almost no effect on fuel mileage. At first it looked like my mileage increased by quite a bit, almost 5 mpg. Turns out the speedometer needed to be reset after the new ECM was installed and the mileage figures I came up with were based on faulty speeds and miles on the odometer. After the correction my mileage is virtually unchanged. I'm getting roughly the same "miles per tank" that you are at 175. The cam made such a positive difference I almost wouldn't care if it does affect my warranty. It has really awakened the beast !!

This is something I'm considering for later this year, after my TG is outta warranty. My dealer offers a deal on Black Friday. Any parts purchased on that day will be installed FREE. So yeah, buy the cam and whatever associated parts are required, and free labor. Hard to beat.
