I have a 2019 Triglide. The Gts Boombox has messed up on 3 occasions so far. The screen starts flashing and it becomes unresponsive till you shut it off. 1 time it completely shut off and after the bike sat for awhile it came back off. Another time the screen started flashing for a few and would not respond to no input from controls, would not shut down by holding button. The screen was very hot to the touch. Had to shut the bike off for a few to shut down radio and after setting for about 15 minutes radio came on normally. 1 more time I saw it becoming unresponsive when trying to adjust volume. Again extremely hot to touch. Managed to shut off with off command and after leaving it off for a few it came back on normally. Reported to dealer, they were going to look into it. Just wondering if anyone else had experienced similar issues.

 

I've had different problems. I have an iPhone 6s plugged in as a music device. When I've been riding for a while it seems that something gets overheated and the music skips songs or skips within a song.

 

Mine would start scanning all channels, go to headphone display, etc. Took it to the dealer for the 5K service, have video of the issue. The radio needed an update, currently working well.

 

When ya bump the old turntable wrong ya never know what's next ! LOL!!
