Default Got a good one...

HD dealer, that is. Some posts back, I mentioned that my 2011 stock rear wheels are staining and I can't get them cleaned...at about 500 miles on the trike when it happened. I complained to Harley Davidson moco and they repeatedly said it is environmental conditions. My dealer however, came through and said they would upgrade me to chrome wheels on the back if I bought the center chrome hub and paid for the labor to change out, balance the wheels, etc...no charge for the wheel upgrade. Many HD dealers get a bad rap, but mine is top notch. They even sold me a 660 Road Tech GPS at a super price...

There are some good dealers out there know what the meaning of customer service it. Then there are those dealers who give the good guys a black eye.

Hey, why not post the "good" dealers names and locations. That way when traveling we can support them and tell them we got the information from this forum or from our members...let them know we talk and support the good dealers...?
Just a thought.

Dealer did come through with the new chrome rear wheels at no cost to me. I bought the chrome hub caps and paid labor. They look nice, now to put the chrome fender trim on and maybe later on, add white walls.
