Default HD 2011 MY Servise bulletin?

I've been trying to find the bulletin that HD had out on all the changes & up dates for the 2011 MY. It was on this forum back in Aug. or Sept. if I remember right.
I tried the "search" but couldn't find it. It was fairly long & went through all the changes for all the models planned for 2011.
The main area's I'm interested in are the TG & touring models w/the 103" motors.
If my memory serves me there is a change in the breather systems with the umbrella valve & oil return in the head/rocker boxes design from 2010 to 2011.
I hope I'm explaining the bulletin & info I'm looking for correctly.
Anyway any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

I've got a copy.

Shoot me a PM, if your email box will do a 5.3 meg attachment.

Edit: Never mind. I found the HDF link:

The link works for me. I tested it after posting it and just now tested it again.

Perhaps your firewall is set too high?

The link page says "for HDF members only".

Were you logged in when you tried the link?

Yea, I'm a member & I was logged in but for some reason I couldn't get into it.
I don't know what I was doing wrong.
In any case I know I read somewhere that HD had re-designed the breathing systems for 2011 to reduce or eliminate the oil blow by to the a/c & the resulting oil leak that usually follows.
If not the HD news or service bulletins then any additional info would be appreciated.
Thanks...

I wonder, is this breather change going to prevent excessive oil blow-by into the air cleaner that drips out and covers the engine and rear fender on a hot day? Maybe it would be wise to do a retrofit of this breather on the '09s and '10s?
