Default Cup holder

Simple question! Just bought a 12 TG and would like to have a cup holder front and rear. It had one that Harley dealer sells, but the mounting bracket is wide so it was mounted down the bar, and hit the tank! Gone!!!!!
Any ideas, pics, would be appreciated.

I used the frame mount for me up front. It is now on shelf. You wear more than you drink. Then tried one on bars, same thing.
No help except what not to buy.
I am still checking around also.

I'm searching for new cup holder also.....bought one from dealer, but won't stay stabilized. Anyone use loctite to keep screw from coming loose. Oh, would hate if that dropped on my tank! Water bottles come in different sizes and won't fit. Why is such a small item such a pain in the ****!

+1 on hog troughs. I bought the double and have a water bottle on both sides.

Default homebrewed

Pipe clamp, metal, bolts, nuts and washers, 4" plastic pipe coupling, some pieces of an old leather belt and a few pop rivets. I had the paint. Six bucks, works great.

I like your idea. But the issue is the mounting bracket! Having the reverse switch on the left leaves little room for a large clamp? I have a plastic cup holder I bought for my goldwing that would work perfect, but it is designed to use the clutch perch screws. But again the reverse blocks that. Will try to post pic tomorrow. Thanks guys!

Ok, this is my setup and have been using it for years, works great.
First. Get this for the driver
http://www.kuryakyn.com/products/756...-drink-holders
Kuryakyn also makes a mount that will mount behind the rear speaker pod on the right side for the passenger ( don't have link but easy search)
I use both the coffee mug and the ring will also accept a tapered 20oz cup from fast food or gas stations,
My main drinking mug is a Butler Mug from glass act, I'll post a link below.
http://www.glassact.com/

I mounted the Kury mount on the left handle bar, but using a little bit longer bolt for the Butler Ring I can mount the Butler ring and use the Kury chrome ring, also the rear Kury mount will accept the Butler Ring and mug....

The Butler Mug isn't the prettiest mug or cup holder, but it's by far the best! It'll keep drinks hot or cold for hours, just don't put a slushi in one, wife and I did and it froze within 10 minutes, keeps cold like I said.
