Apple CarPlay jumper question
I purchased an Apple CarPlay jumper to try and get carplay to show up on my 2020 triglide ultra boom system. I've seen several videos on youtube that make it appear that it's a fairly simple plug and play processl Mine doesn't seem to work. The jumper was advertised as working on 2019 and up road glide and street glide touring models, but it is not a perfect fit on the existing connection under the faring. The little rails on the outside of my existing WHIM connection are evenly spaced apart on each corner, whereas the adapter has one offset from the corner. I can force it in, but when I have the jumper in place, CarPlay does not ever come up on my screen. Anybody else tried this and had these issues? Suggestions appreciated!

There are 2 connectors in there that are very similar in appearance. You might be using the wrong one.

Excuse my ignorance but why do you have to buy a separate jumper to get Carplay to work? Mine works on a stock 2019 TriGlide. I use Apple carplay and just plug it in when I want to use carplay. Are you talking about a wireless option or something else?
