Raw fuel smell, it is overpowering and unmistaken. Closest dealer is 80 miles away and they told me that raw fuel smell is not under emission system warranty. I have no choice but to take it there one of these days.
I was happy with this purchase until odor came in. Oh, well, since entire family is nauseated by it, I will have to deal with it

 

Are you overfilling the fuel tank?

 

Tank on Freewheeler was at 1/2 full. My RK was 1/4 when I pulled in last night and no smell from RK even with semi empty tank.

 

My 2016 Freewheeler frequently smells of petrol when I first park it in the garage. I leave the garage door open just a few inches and run the exhaust fan installed at the back of the garage. Within half an hour it's gone.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the fuel injection, because I've never had this issue with any of the carbureted bikes I've owned.
