110 anniversary trike
Checked it out and really want one, they offered us 24000 for our 2010 ultra classic tri glide with 12500 miles. One dealer says ours and 12500 another says ours and 10958. Still waiting on the third dealer to let me know what he can do. Is there anything I should know about the 2013 that are bad? Tks ken

Hey Ken,
Hope you decide to pull the trigger...but be warned...3 wheelers are "different". Put your mindset in "3" mode and you won't be at all disappointed with the trike ownership experience. The 100th is a cool looking trike and HD incorporates their latest do-dad's into this model. Under the paint though I believe the 2013 is not much different than the 2011 or 2012 Tri-Glide models (someone correct me if I am wrong on that). Here is my recommendation before making the purchase...read this forum front to back, top to bottom. It will be time well spent. This will give you a darn clear impression of owner's like's and dislikes with this trike. It will also fill you in on where to go and what to do to improve on the factory platform. And, improvements you will make. Like anything else mechanical, these trikes have their issues. But, in my opinion, the experience of ownership is worth the price of entry. Good luck! R |
Well seeing as you are trading your '10 TriGlide in you already know pretty much all there is to know about the TG.
The changes from the '10 I can think of are a 30 tooth primary drive pulley instead of the 32 tooth, better brakes, smaller induction module, revisions to the reverse motor and updated map are what i can think of offhand , those are suposed to be good things. Cant think of any bad things that are different than you already have if you want to call them that. |
Duh.... sorry I didn't observe that you were trading trike for trike. I'm bad.

It's a new model year, what's to say? If you're having second thoughts/possibly buyer's remorse already it's always better to go with your gut and sit it out for a while until you feel more comfortable with your decision, seriously. |

No remorse here, I just wanted to know if there were any probs with the 2013. I didn't know about this site till after I bought the 2010 and if I knew I might have waited for the 2011 and not had to pay for the sprocket to be changed out. Right now I'm just working all the dealers to get the best price that I can.

I traded my 2009 Tri-Glide for the 2013 110th Anniversary Tri-Glide last month. Only remorse I have is the weather took a crap and been snow on the ground ever since:icon_snowman:

What kind of price has everyone been giving for them?
