Just wanted to pass along the great experience I had dealing with Kevin on a tank lift kit for my Tri. He answered all of my questions via e-mail and I ordered the 1 1/2" lift with the deluxe option. The kit arrived in two days and I installed it yesterday. It was a very simple installation and took less than 30 minutes.

I ran into a bit of a snag with the final adjustments before tightening everything down. I called DK products to double check and spoke with a secretary. She advised me that Kevin was in a meeting and would call me back. Within a minute, Kevin called me back and we resolved the issue over the phone with wrenches in hand and my cell between my shoulder and mouth. That my friends is customer service.
