I wanted to put out a great big thank you to Cheyne Mcnab of Vance and Hines. I installed a FP3 tuner on my 2016 Fatboy Lo shortly after buying it last summer. My wife got me cruise Control for Christmas. On this forum I read that if I turned on my tune after the install at the dealer I would lose the cruise in the ECm. I emailed Vance and Hines and messaged them on this forum and within a day Cheyne got me all set! What fabulous customer service! At night on New Years! The FP3 tuner is the best product of its kind and the customer service that is included with this is second to none!

 

I second that. My dog opened and chewed up my freshly arrived FP3 and they replaced it for me. Awesome company.

 

I installed a used V02 naked that was missing a few bolts. They sent me a whole mounted bolt set gratis!!! Overnight!!

 

Thank you to Cheyne Mcnab of Vance and Hines. I installed a FP3 tuner on my ‘08 Ultra Stage One and downloaded the closest map. It ran great with a noticeable power improvement but was throwing an error code about the rear cylinder running too rich. From the FP3 app I emailed the map and the error code to V H. Within an hour Cheyne emailed me with instructions on accessing the map he modified correcting the problem. Easy to download and install from the app. It runs great and no codes. Thanks Cheyne!

 

On 8/27 I submitted a query via Vance & Hines Support Chat regarding the FP3 and adding an aftermarket air cleaner kit/remapping and they just responded to my question yesterday (9/13). That is not acceptable.
