Does anyone actually work at V&H?
Bought a V&H FP3 and so far it's only been useful as a 400 dollar paperweight. Updated firmware and "married" to my bike just to find out they have no maps for a 2011 CVO Softail. Hard to believe that they claim over 10,000 maps yet nothing for a stock Harley 110. Tried calling the 800 number and stayed on hold for over 30 minutes. Actually, I'm still on hold as I type this. Also tried emailing them using the form on their website but that failed to send. Tried their online chat as they reccomended repeatedly while on hold on the phone and i've been "connected" and waiting for an agent for over 30 minutes and counting. Send a message through Facebook....nothing seems to work.
Has anyone actually been able to contact them? very frustrating to have spent this kind of money to get absolutely zero support.
