I was wondering is there a difference from Harley premium ride cartridge or mono tube..big difference is mono tube works like Harleys premium ride Rear shocks.So which side do you put damper?

 

I don't know anything about the Harley kit. I looked at a pic and it looks like an inferior less expensive kit which leads me to believe that it probably does not work as good as the Progressive kit which costs a little bit more.
