I have been a customer of Leatherworks for about 30 years. I'm still wearing the custom fit chaps they made for me 20 years ago and still very happy with them! Before moving to Idaho I lived about 15 minutes away and miss their friendly service whenever a need arouse. I had a Leatherworks saddlebag come loose and rest on the muffler for a hundred mile run. The backing was burned black but structurally ok. They took the bag and replaced the backing and didn't charge me anything. That's service and pride in their products.
