Default Dyna FXDXT retro T-Sport saddlebags by Leather Pros

First off, I want to thank all you guys that helped with the development of these bags on this thread: https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...g-rebuild.html

We finally have some of these in stock after taking care of all the first orders.

I thought I would put a post here in the vendor classifieds so it would be easier to find the video and pics of the completed bags.

Here is the video of how the bags mount up.

Here are a few pics of the completed bags.

These bags have the expandable zippers just like the original Harley bags but because we were able to make use of the space Harley wasted, the bags fit closer to the bike and hold a lot more without sticking out farther. As you can see in the above photo, we put an aluminum heat shield on the bottom of the pipe side bag to protect it from the heat. For comparison between these new bags and the originals, you can go to page 18 of the thread mentioned earlier. Responses from those who have already recieved the bags has been fantastic.

The video pretty much explains how easily the bags go on and how they can be locked to the bike.

If you want to order a set, just call me on our toll free #800-208-2887 or send me a pm. Price is $659 plus shipping.

Keep ridin'
Garry

Yes, as long as the rear turn signals are relocated. If you don't already have a detachable backrest, you will need 2 chrome recess covers from Harley to cover the holes the wires used to go through and 2 new nut plates with the rear tubes threaded (or you can tap threads into the stock ones)

Hey, we finally got these up on our website now, so they are little easier to find.

I just discovered these. They look awesome! Can you use a detachable sissybar with this system? Looks like the bag bracket takes up all the space the detachable sissybar would use. How are those stiff enough to stand in?

I've seen every FXDXT bag out there from Original to the remanufactured ones. These bags from Leather Pros are by far the best in every possible way hands down!

Yes, you can use the detachable sissy bar, our docking points just go outside of the Harley ones. If you check the original build thread there are several pictures of that setup.

They are strong enough to stand in because of the bracket and the molded ABS.
