Default Tank Lift on Breakout

I’m interested in the DK Tank lift. I had it on my Sportster and it looked great. I have a 2016 Breakout and I wanted to know if I can put a tank lift on it with the stock risers? There’s the speedo built into the top riser clamp and I wanted to make sure it wouldn’t hit.

I lifted the tank on my '14 BO after replacing stock risers with short straight ones and replacing stock bushings with 10 degree angled ones, (installed so the risers tilt forward). I vaguely recall some discussion where a BO owner simply reversed the stock risers to permit the lift too.

See post 220 above for pics.

Thanks I cheacked it out. Btw I’ve been scouring the internet for short straight risers. Do you recall what ones you found? I know Thunderbike has them but there out of the country.

I'm pretty sure I went with risers from HD which were OEM on the 2014 CVO model. The Bushings I got here:

You mentioned you changed the risers on your 14 BO to shorter ones. What brand and size did you do? I’m interested in doing that myself aswell.

Default '09 Ultra w/ PYO MBB's pushed all the way forward

'09 Ultra w/ PYO MBB bars pushed all the way forward.

Looks like 2" is what I want. Haven't measured yet, but with bars pushed forward max, I'm sure it is right.

My question is mostly regarding the Deluxe add-on: it says lift AND push tank back. Could you make it do one without the other if you wanted? I know I want front lift, I think I want to push it back a bit (which will help with clearence since I want 2") but I'm not sure I want to raise the back.

So is the rear Deluxe part all or nothing with regards to lift and pulling tank back? Or might I be able to do one without the other if that is what seems best when installing?

BTW...doing this mostly for reducing buffering, 2nd concern being cooling, and 3rd being looks. I am **** though, so I will be working hard to make the confluence of the seat, tank, side cover, frame, and wind deflector to look it's best.

P. 'S. What year is the red Touring bike in your before/after pics? Also what height and dies it include Deluxe?

Oh, and is there a HDF discount?

Thanks...

Best I can recall, I got em from the Dealer. They were stock on CVO's at that time.

These may do the trick ???
