They work inline with the H-D narrow band 02 sensors and Delphi ECM to richen the fuel mixtures, adding up to 6% more fuel to the engine in closed loop mode.

I see two different prices for the FL-XiED-10.

The description links don't help me decide which one is proper for my '16 RK.

 

Beginning in '10 HD changed the O2 sensors on the Touring models to a 12mm Delphi sensor, either the FL-XiED-10 or the FL-ViED-10 are the correct choice for your '16 RK.

The difference between the FL-XiED-10 and the FL-ViED-10 is the FL-XiED-10 is a plug 'n play device that richens the Air Fuel Ratio from 14.6:1 to 14.0:1 in closed loop.

The FL-ViED-10 is also a plug 'n play device but adds the ability to fine tune your air-fuel mixture with a small screwdriver from 14.6:1 to a range of 14.3-13.9:1 in closed loop.

Both the FL-XiED-10 or the FL-ViED-10 are designed to work with the 12mm sensors on your '16, the FL-ViED-10 gives you the option to tinker a bit with your air-fuel settings.
