Interesting that the badges are different on the 2018 models. My 17 CVO Limited badge looks like the same badge that comes on the street glide.

Relax folks...Bought from HD dealer...recently

2012 SG CVO tank emblem...not sure about the 2018...

yes, but he is specifically looking for the 2018 badges. and they are definitely vin protected.

Default CVO Parts
I have 2017 CVO SG. Had to get a new lower on one of my saddle bags. (long story) anyway. The dealer was required to send the damaged part back to HD. All parts for CVO's only can be purchased by CVO owners and old parts if you have them must be sent back. I guess that's a way MOCO keeps people from making their own CVO.

I think that look awesome on the lava orange/gray RG as well.

The insignia is for sure Navy.
