WTB Derby Cover

Hi folks,
I'm looking for a stock derby cover from 2013 + touring model that had the 103 logo on it. I will pay a reasonable price for it, but I am not going to pay a new price for a used part. The photo above is what I am looking for.

I have one. Came off of a 2013 Street Glide at time of purchase. $40 + shipping sound reasonable?
