Hello, I recently was given my fathers 1983 Sportster 1000. He has always ridden Harley's my entire life and i am currently working on restoring this one. I'm glad to be part of a Forum, i'm always asking questions as this is my first go at working on a motorcycle by myself.. Here He is fresh off of the trailer
