Good evening all. I'm from northern NY and I'm back to riding after a many year absence. I had been talking to my wife about getting back into riding for quite a few years. She passed away in June after a long battle with cancer.
On a spur, I stopped at one of my local dealers and saw this Dyna with only 5k on it so I wound up bringing it home. I had forgotten how nice it was to ride. I had stopped when my twin daughters were born over 40 years ago ( yep, I'm on the north side of 70).
going to be making my trek to Florida from this very cold country very soon. Difference this year is the the bike is going with me on a Rampage lift in the back of the truck.
Looking forward to learning much from this site and making some new friends.
My condolences on losing your bride. A dear friend of mine lost his wife this past year to cancer as well. Be safe out there riding down to Florida. Would love to be doing the same.
