Except for very few exceptions, this statement can be followed:

Install the 1st bearing on the Brake Disc Side ... If the wheel has Two Discs (front), Install the 1st bearing on the Left
Thanks for your quick response. This was the only thing I could think of that would have caused the problem, and for the line-up between the rotor and the caliper bracket to be that far off. Again, thanks.

If you have 16x3 SG wheels from a 2008, they are the same wheels as your 2007 ... just put all the same parts you would install in your 2007 ... Make sure you remove the bearing shims (1 Front, 1 Rear) that were used for the 25mm 2008 Touring application

You also need to Swap Rotors and Pulley to your Originals

Install the first bearing... Front Left and Right Rear

.
I got a 16 streetbob with 17x4.5 “160/70/17” rear wheel and front with 19x2.5 “100/90/19”. It has 25mm bearing. Looking to trade for 07 switchblades. Same exact wheel size and tires but 1in bearing. Can I just take all my spacers and sleeves and just swap them out without a special shim?

Use your same 2016 Wheel Spacers and Center Spacer Sleeve, but also use the Front and Rear Shims sized for the Dyna application.

The Front Shim is relatively Narrow on the Dyna ... Most would not notice it not being there if they didn't know better ... But to "Do it Right", I would use a Shim.

If you need Part#'s, let me know

Hmm ... I'm not quite sure what you're trying to say (ie. your point)?

Here ya go ...

Dyna Bearing Shims ... TO INSTALL 06-07 WHEELS ON 08-LATER DYNAS ... NOT the another way around
(and still need to use other original 08-later parts (eg. bearings, spacers, and sleeve))

Front (Mid-glide) 41450-08
Rear 43904-08
