Default 2001 Road glide Wheel bearings

When I was done putting in my new wheel bearings, front and rear, sing my service manual of course. I started wondering about the depth of the bearing in the wheel. Service manual doesnt make any reference to it, that I saw. Do I just suck them in using the correct installer tool until it seats in the bottome of opening or is there a measurement I need to make on each side of the wheel to make sure they are centered?
Thanks

Your 2001 FSM will make some sort of reference to which side to install the FIRST bearing in and to "bottom it out" in the bore. Some wheels are more critical than others to follow the stated procedure.

Install First Bearing ("Touring" (and most) = Front-Left, Rear-Right) until it "bottoms out"
Insert center spacer sleeve
Install second bearing until it just touches spacer sleeve
