2007 softail front brake not working

2007 softail front brake not working
wet to the rockies and rear brake failed @ 10,000 feet . stopped in salt lake and the Harley dealer flushed the rear brake fluid and fixed it. taking a bike to 10,000 feet causes the brake fluid to bubble up because of the change in altitude. no problem with front brake until now, no obvious leaks, but the front brake does not work. I am thinking the first step is to flush the front brake fluid before taking it to the mechanic.
