I purchased the 21 inch reinforcer wheel from Eastern Performance Cycles to put on my 2012 Street Glide. Multiple manufacture's defects regarding the wheel, DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY!!. See attached image, if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

 

Always give a vendor the chance to make it right, before you jump on a forum and complain.

 

eastern performance has been great to me, give them a chance to make things right before you bash them, **** happens !

 

I was given a partial refund total cost $ 1700 they gave me back $1200 plus I lost the whole summer of riding due to having to deal with issue. Even with the letter from Harley and a call from the dealers service manager they would not acknowledge the wheel was defective BAD BUSINESS

 

While there is no excuse for bad product, it should have taken less than 3 months to diagnose and it would have been much easier to repair than return.

 

If the wheel was repairable which it was not. Why would I want a repair on a $1700 front wheel setup. I BOUGHT NEW I WANT NEW. I EXPECT NEW.

 

It is repairable. $1700 is definitely steep and I would expect it to be good but when you get to that point night as well fix it.

 

My 2012 Street Glide with 21" Extreme Machine Fierce front wheel. The rim and matching rotors are all billet and CNC cut. Tire is a Dunlop American Elite. Bolted up and no vibration. The wheel is made by Performance Machine.

 

 

Yes lowered the front end 1'' used progressive mono tubes. Handles great no problems. Lower the front end the bike handles better and just as important it looks better.
