Abs and wheel change

have a 2014 Road King with abs. I want to put a 21 in wheel on the front and 18 in on the back. Will the ABS need to be recalibrated with those non stock wheel sizes?

If I recall correctly, it usually works OK if you use a 130/60B21 Front tire instead of a 120/70-21 on a 2014-later. Otherwise, I believe you'll need to address the issue
