Try checking it at a much lower pressure ... Back in my tire fixing days I'd run across one once in a while that would leak at low pressure .... someplace to start.

I like that low pressure idea. I’ll try it.

As for some some other advice given. I used soap. I checked the valve core and stem. And really? the right valve stem cap, wow,no not gonna go there.

The nail “was” in the rear. Fixed it the day I posted. The front still looses air tho. So if low pressure test does not fine it I’m pulling the tire off and remounting as much as I hat that it may come to that

I guess there is no “known” problem with the Comander II. That’s what I was after
thanks all.

I guess it makes it a little harder for the nail to cause any leakage then..

BTW I agree with the guys saying to add soap to the water. Tiny bubbles are hard to see. Soap makes em stick around..

Had similar problem with a new front tire. Took back to installer and they put some Bead sealer on it. No problems til the day I replaced the tire.

Had to replace the commander II. The tire was separating on the inside where the two ends are fused together I called Michelin and in less than 10 minutes they agreed to replace the tire at no charge to me. With zero debase. All they had to do was call my local shop to confirm what I told them

Great customer service and standing behind their products at Michelin

Palmolive dish soap and a little water, pore it over the tire and check it in a few minutes and you will see tiny bubbles from the leak. Could be a fun hole in the rim if leaking since new

If it's the wheel, just remove the tire and spray lacquer on the wheel where the pressure would be. Be careful to install the tire as the bead can scratch the freshly laid down lacquer. If the wheel has a leak, the lacquer will find the path and seal it upon inflation.

Ther is a product called bead sealer. Have had it used on my tires several times and it seals bead leaks securely.
