Exclamation Boyd Coddington Rims On My Bike, Calling all Experts.

The bike i bought not long ago has Boyd Coddington rims on it. I cant find any info on them either ive searched and searched. To my knowledge Boyd never messed with bikes, the only thing ive been told that might make sense is that he worked with Jesse James and its possible thats where they came from. The rims are beautiful and actually look good to me which is rare for the billet rims. i usually dont care for them. Im trying to see if anybody has heard of these or has any info. Im about to literally try calling somewhere tied to jesse james or boyd since i have no clue what else to do. I have a feeling these rims have to be worth quite a bit...boyd has been dead for a while now and is a famous builder that didnt usually make bike rims to begin with. Billet wheels are usually expensive anyways let alone custom like these. Thanks for any help, estimate on worth, contacts and so on. I love the look of these rims and if they are worth a lot part of me is gonna want to take them off the bike, but at the same time i really dont feel like buying other rims and these fit the bike well.

Jesse James worked for Boyd Coddington at some point early in his career. I believe he was working for him when he first started WCC. Those wheels were probably made later on though because as far as I know Boyd's wheels was the first brand name then they changed the name to Boyd Coddington. Either way they are kind of cool you should have them polished to a show shine again and enjoy your semi rare wheels.

So this is for a customer/friend of mine's bike . because the back one has a wobble I was looking for someone to straighten it. Seems there were not too many of these made even called Boyd Coddington wheels .

Must be customs or prototypes .
Best I can figure is they are called outlaws

I would keep them, you have a piece of history there, I sub to Billy Lane's youtube channel and he has a Boyd swing arm for his "bad Boy" (Soft tail frame) so apparently he dabbled in the custom bike business for a while.

make a call to WCC, boyds did play slightly with bike parts, but i do believe it was during the short time that Jesse worked for him. Chris should be able to answer some questions also if you call HRBB.
