Mixing radial and bias ply tires
I learned growing up that is was not safe to mix radial and bias ply tires. It seems all but one aftermarket tire company (that I can find) offers my front tire (150/80-16) in a bias and rear (180/70-16) in a radial. With the technology now-a-days is it OK to mix them?

Really ... nothing new ... (but NOT Radial Front / Bias Rear)
Like I said, Harley does it also...
Here's a 2015 FXSB Breakout Specs I grabbed quick

Not just newer bikes. My 08 Rocker and 09 CVO Springer both came with radial rear/bias front from the factory. But we are talking about wide low profile 40 series rear tires on them. I'd have to do a little more research on a taller high profile 70 series before I would be sold on the idea.
