Wheel compatability

I have a 2000 FLSTC that I have in the past invested $$$ in mag wheels. I have just bought a 2011 FLSTC and would like input of what is necessary to use the mags from the 2000 to replace the spoke wheels of the 2011

Welcome to the Forum from Colorado!
Bearings to match the axles and spacers for the offset. All this should be available at your dealer.

Further to QC's reply, your 'new' bike has metric bearings, whereas your custom mags have 3/4" or 1" ID bearings, however the OD of both types is the same, so you can indeed swap bearings, et voila! H-D sells bearing kits for your situation, which include metric bearings, plus the spacer that fits inside the hub to match. The inch-size bearings are thicker than the metric ones, so that spacer needs to be a little longer than your mags have inside them. You can check out the kits on the H-D website on the Shop tab. Your new bike's rotors and rear pulley should swap over, assuming they have the same bolt pattern.

You can check things like spacers on a parts website and compare old and new bikes for part numbers.
