Anyone know anything about this wheel? Google comes up with nothing.

 

Never seen that brand before, but it was a style of construction that was popular many years ago, both for custom bikes, but also used on some production bikes, although usually not with a complete central disc. I suspect it is actually 4-piece, the hub, a disc each side, plus the rim. Even Honda used a similar style for many years, which they called 'comstar'!
