Default Big twin Vs. Sportster hubs

I swapped out my rear mag for a black, chrome laced wheel on my 96 XL Custom sportster. Now I'm looking for the matching front wheel and it's been difficult to find one with a single flange that is listed as being suitable for a sportster. So I'm trying to figure out if the FXST and FXDWG hubs were the same width as the sportster hubs in the 90s?

Here's the wheel I'm wanting to get, I just need to be sure the wheel will easily swap in: Front V-Factor Wheel

thanks for your responses

No, wide glide front ends have wider hubs, will not fit your Sporty without a ton of machine work. You need to look for a wheel that was on a Sporty or similar vintage Low Rider/Super Glide. Anything that had a narrow glide. Good luck

Yeah ... not even close ... about 2" difference in width

You want 21"? ... If so, the correct V-Factor wheel is a #51676

The"Stock" Photo is NOT correct, but the wheel is

Here's a correct photo, but more expensive ... same 51676 wheel

BE AWARE. This from V-Factor ...
* When replacing models equipped with 19" wheels with these 21" wheels you must mock-up wheel without the tire mounted and check for wheel spokes to brake caliper clearance. If wheel spokes contact the brake calipers, you must purchase custom shallow brake calipers.
