My buddy just put a 205/50/17 Yokohama CT PSI is 30 on his 06 fxstdi had the 200 tire on back, brought the tire at Latino tire and wheel in tulsa, ok used tire $25.00 mounted,We took it back home and just a bolt on, works great on hwy alittle squarrley on dirt roads, He seems to like it Fixed income, will buy new when can

Back in the day we all ran Goodyears with ribbed threads. Would last 30K seemed, or more.
Then came back to MC's and no better that 8K. Bummer.
I guess this is where all the milage went.
While I was away but still years ago I autocrossed some. Lots of big names make DOT approved racing tires. If you get the right ones, probably, for the rain racing may make a good MC tire.
On a auto may get 2-4K out of them on the street, but nobody does this, they change out every sunday.
They make them these sizes for the smaller classes.
