Wobbly Front End/Dragging Brakes

Got an '05 Deluxe that has started wobbling slightly and gets loose as I brake and roll to a stop. Jacked it up and when I roll the wheel it spins free for about a quarter and then drags the rest of the rotation. Thoughts? Thanks!

Sounds like a warped brake rotor.

Checked the steering head bearings? Air pressure in the tire?

Thanks, Guys. Tire pressure is ok. Will pull the rotor and check the steering head bearings.
